Carbon Emissions Trading DOA?
October 2008 | Industry NewsAustralian exploration and production company Woodside Petroleum's chief executive Don Voelte has said that Australia's proposed carbon emissions trading (CETS) scheme, due to be launched in 2010, will have to be cancelled due to the prospects of a prolonged global financial crisis.
