Angola Slips, But Nigeria Tumbles

Sub-Saharan Africa's two largest crude oil producers have both announced output figures substantially below capacity. Angola announced that output had fallen to between 1.6mn and 1.7mn barrels per day (b/d) at the start of Q408 from around 1.9mn b/d in August.
