Russia And China To Agree Oil Exports Deal
October 2008 | Contract NewsRussia and China have come to an agreement to export Russian oil via an offshoot of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline to China in return for Beijing handing out large loans to Russian state companies Rosneft and Transneft.
