NIOC And CNC Finalise North Pars Development Plan

State-run National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has signed a development plan for Iran's North Pars gas field with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNC), according to an NIOC board member quoted in Dow Jones Newswires. CNC and NIOC had planned to sign the US$16bn deal in February 2008, but the agreement was left in limbo after CNC officials cancelled their trip to Tehran.
