PetroVietnam Expands International Portfolio To Offset Domestic Decline
November 2008 | Industry NewsState-run PetroVietnam is apparently holding a second round of talks with Iraq's oil ministry over a US$300mn deal that the company signed with the Saddam Hussein regime in March 2002, according to a source close to the negotiations quoted by Dow Jones Newswires.
