Saudi Aramco Re-Tenders Manifa Development Project
November 2008 | Project NewsSaudi Arabia's state-owned Saudi Aramco has announced that it has cancelled a contract for the development of the Manifa oil field that it awarded to Italy's Snamprogetti, a subsidiary of Saipem, in July 2008 and it will re-tender the contract.
