Qatar's LNG Expansion Plans Delayed

Khalid al-Kuwari, a marketing executive at Qatar's Ras Laffan LNG Company (RasGas), has told reporters at a conference in Italy that plans to expand the country's liquefied natural gas (LNG) capacity to 77mn tonnes per annum (tpa) (106.2bn cubic metres [bcm]) by 2012 were on track.
