Additional Acreage To Be Put On Offer In 2009

Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) has announced that it will put five offshore blocks up for tender in 2009. The country's energy minister Conrad Enill, speaking at the opening of the 2-day Energy Caribbean 2008 Conference in T&T on December 10, said that the government intended to offer five blocks in shallow waters off the east and north coast in a bidding round early next year.
