Production Slides, As Pemex Pledges To Up Spending

According to data released by Mexico's state-owned oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), crude output in November fell to its lowest level since November 1995. Production averaged 2.711mn barrels per day (b/d), a year-on-year (y-o-y) decline of 7%.
