Po Valley Secures Gas Sales Deal

Australian explorer Po Valley Energy has signed its first gas offtake deal for output from its northern Italian gas fields. The three-year sales agreement, which is worth AUD77.5mn (US$55.2mn), covers a portion of the planned production from the Sillaro and Castello fields, which will be brought onstream gradually from mid-2009.
