Tokyo Electric Extends LNG Contract Amid Plummeting Demand

Tokyo Electric Power, the world's second largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) buyer after Korea Gas, has agreed to extend its contract for LNG supply from ConocoPhillips' Alaskan plant by two years despite a sharp contraction of domestic demand.
