US-based Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is urging Thailand to begin negotiations with neighbouring countries about constructing a regional gas pipeline network that would connect Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore to Indonesia's Natuna field, which is located in the South China Sea.
