Baghdad Raises Bidding Round Field Fees

Iraq is seeking a total of US$2.6bn in signature bonuses from the international oil companies (IOCs) participating in its first oil bidding round, a far higher figure than previously suggested, according to tender documents obtained by energy information provider Platts.
