Total Profit Falls Due To Lower Oil Price
May 2009 | Industry NewsFrench major Total announced a 36% fall in first quarter net income thanks to lower crude prices. Following a now established trend among oil majors, Total's earnings reflected the 54% year-on-year (y-o-y) fall in the Paris-based majors average realised liquids price.
