Shell Signs MoU With CNPC And Sinopec For Joint Bids

Anglo-Dutch major Royal Dutch Shell has reportedly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) in preparation of a joint bid for the development of the Kirkuk oil field in Iraq, according to an unnamed source cited by Dow Jones Newswires.
