The Eighteenth Hole: BP Makes New Strike On Block 31

British major BP has reported its 18th discovery on its prolific Block 31 in ultra-deepwater offshore Angola. This find was announced by BP subsidiary BP Exploration Angola and Angolan state-owned oil company Sonangol on May 27.
