Luanda and Brazzaville Aim To Co-Operate In the Congo Basin

Oil ministry representatives from the Republic of Congo (RoC) and Angola on June 16 held their first formal talks aimed at co-ordinating exploration and development efforts between the two countries. The RoC and the Angolan enclave of Cabinda share a maritime border in the prolific Lower Congo Basin.
