Petronas Signs LNG Supply Deal With Santos

The flurry of activity in Queensland's burgeoning coal bed methane (CBM)-fed liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry shows little sign of abating, with Santos announcing on June 18 that it has signed a deal to supply Malaysia's state-owned Petronas with 2mn tonnes per annum (tpa) or 2.76bn cubic metres (bcm) of LNG.
