GDF And Santos Join Forces In Bonaparte Basin

Australian producer Santos has farmed out a 60% stake in three Bonaparte Basin gas fields to GDF Suez, paving the way for the French utility's entrance into the Asian liquefied natural gas (LNG) segment. The move will provide Santos with much-needed funds for its core development projects while expanding GDF Suez's LNG supply portfolio.
