Lukoil Completes Acquisition Of 45% Stake In TRN

Russian private company Lukoil announced on September 1 the completion of the acquisition of a 45% stake in the Total Raffinaderij Nederland (TRN) refinery for US$725mn, according to a media report in RIA Novosti.
