Gazprom Inaugurates Kaliningrad Gas Pipeline

Russia's gas export monopoly Gazprom has inaugurated the second branch of the Minsk-Vilnius-Kaunas-Kaliningrad pipeline that will increase the pipeline's capacity from 1.4bn cubic metres (bcm) to 2.5bcm.
