Tymoshenko Promotes Coal Industry

Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has urged state-run lenders VAT Oshchadbank and VAT Ukrainian Export-Import Bank to provide loans worth UAH6.5bn (US$775mn) under state guarantees in 2010 for coal mine upgrades.
