Ecopetrol Finalises Cartagena Refinery Expansion Plan
October 2009 | Project NewsColombia's state-controlled energy company Ecopetrol approved a US$3.8bn expansion of its Cartagena refinery on October 22. When completed in H113, the project will more than double the refinery's capacity to 165,000 barrels per day (b/d).
