Samsun-Ceyhan Oil Pipeline Gets Go Ahead

The governments of Turkey, Russia and Italy signed a preliminary agreement on October 19 for the construction of the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline, which would link oil terminals on Turkey's Black and Mediterranean seas.
