Slovenia To Join South Stream

Slovenia is expected to become the latest European country to join the Russia-backed South Stream gas pipeline project, bringing the EUR10bn venture a step closer to fruition. A deal between Slovenian Prime Minister Gregor Resman and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is due to be signed in Moscow on November 14.
