Shell Teams Up With Tullow Off French Guianese Coast

Anglo-Irish independent Tullow Oil has secured a major partner for its French Guianese operations after Royal Dutch Shell agreed to acquire up to 45% in its Maritime Guyane licence on November 11. Tullow believes South America's north-eastern coast may contain an extension of the Jubilee play discovered offshore Ghana.
