BP And Eni Become Partners In Sanga-Sanga CBM PSC

Indonesia has awarded the Sanga-Sanga coal bed methane (CBM) production sharing contract (PSC) to a consortium of BP and Eni, which will each hold 26.25%, VICO (itself a 50:50 joint venture [JV] between Eni and BP) with 7.5%, Vic (also a 50:50 Eni-BP JV) with 15.625%, Opicoil (20%) and Universe Gas and Oil (4.375%).
