Devon Sells Three GoM Projects To Maersk

US independent Devon Energy has agreed to sell its interests in three deepwater Gulf of Mexico (GoM) discoveries to Denmark's Maersk Oil for US$1.3bn. The deal is Devon's first sale in an extensive divestment programme that was announced in mid-November 2009.
