Transneft Offered 50% Samsun-Ceyhan Pipeline Stake

Russian pipeline operator Transneft has said that it has been offered a stake of up to 50% in the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline, up from the 30% share stipulated in a preliminary agreement signed in October 2009, in return for supplying additional volumes of crude oil.
