Eni Expands Venezuelan Operations Through PdVSA Deals

Italy's Eni and Venezuela's state-owned Petróleo de Venezuela (PdVSA) have signed three strategic agreements: a contract for the development of the Junín 5 block in the Orinoco heavy oil belt, a Technology Agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of a power plant.
