Mexico To Revisit Oil Contract Rules

In another blow to President Felipe Calderón's efforts to liberalise Mexico's energy sector, the Mexican government and state-owned oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) have agreed to revise rules allowing Pemex to award cash-based incentive contracts to private foreign oil companies.
