International Service Companies Offered Rumaila Drilling Contracts

The Iraqi oil ministry, British major BP and its partner China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), have invited 10 oil services companies, including major multinationals, to tender bids for drilling 56 new wells at the supergiant Rumaila oilfield, an Iraqi official said on February 17.
