Shahristani Outlines Production And Export Capacity Increases

Iraq's oil minister Hussain al-Shahristani has said that he expects crude oil production to increase by 200,000 barrels per day (b/d) in 2010. He added that he believes that the construction of a new floating oil export terminal in the Persian Gulf would help to increase oil export capacity to over 2mn b/d by mid-2011.
