Showa Shell To Mothball Ohgimachi Refinery

Japanese refiner Showa Shell has announced that it will mothball its 120,000 barrel per day (b/d) Ohgimachi refinery in Kawasaki, which it is currently renting to Toa Oil, by September 2011.
