Total Joins Dunkirk LNG, Closes Dunkirk Refinery

French major Total has announced that it has signed an agreement with France's EDF to take a 10% stake in the Dunkirk liquefied natural gas (LNG) project. The decision was announced in a press release on the same day as the company confirmed its decision to convert its Dunkirk refinery to other uses.
