Encore Sells Onshore Assets To Egden

In a sign of further consolidation among UK energy small caps, EnCore Oil sold its onshore assets to a fellow AIM-listed explorer Egdon Resources on March 22. In return, Encore will receive a 30% stake in Egdon and GBR100,000 in cash.
