Colombia's national oil company Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos (Ecopetrol) is looking to acquire assets in Brazil and the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) in its effort to boost output from its international operations, the company's CEO said on April 7 at a conference in Cartagena.
