Seoul Mates: KNOC And KMG Sign Strategic Partnership MoU

State-owned Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) on April 22 signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kazakhstan's state-run KazMunaiGaz (KMG) calling for a strategic partnership between the two companies in developing oil and gas fields in Kazakhstan and elsewhere.
