PdVSA And Cupet Form E & P JV

The state-owned oil and gas companies of Venezuela and Cuba have agreed to create a joint venture (JV) called Petrolera Vencupet to explore for oil and natural gas in two states in north-eastern Venezuela, according to an April 21 Petróleos de Venezuela (PdVSA) press statement.
