Repsol Awaits Chinese Rig For Deepwater Wildcat

The long-awaited deepwater drilling campaign in deepwater off Cuba appears to be finally in sight. According to an unconfirmed May 5 Reuters report, a semi-submersible rig being built by a Chinese shipyard will be deployed by a Repsol YPF-led consortium in Cuba's North Basin as early as late-2010.
