Supreme Court Ruling Backs Reliance Industries' Stance On Gas Pricing

India's highest court ruled on May 6 2010 that a 2005 natural gas supply and pricing agreement between Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries (RIL) and Anil Ambani's Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) was not legally binding and that both parties were bound by Indian government policy on gas ownership and pricing.
