Libyan Plans Show High Potential of Refining Sector

Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced plans to become involved in two refining projects in Indonesia. While the two projects are not new, the involvement of NOC would help to provide crude feedstock and funding which could finally get them off the ground.
