Sasol To Make CTL Plant Decision By November

South African coal processing specialist Sasol will make an investment decision on a project to construct a coal-to-liquids (CTL) plant in Indonesia in November 2010, according to the chairman of the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
