HSBC Shortlists IOC Strategic Partners For Zwara Refinery

UK banking group HSBC Holdings, which acts as a financial advisor to Libya's Zwara Refining Company (ZORCO), intends to attract an international oil company (IOC) partner for the planned Zwara refinery, the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED) reported on July 16 2010.
