Dana-KNOC Talks Reach Stalemate, Door Still Open For Further Talks

UK-based Dana Petroleum told investors on August 12 that takeover talks with state-run Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) had broken down and that it would not recommend KNOC's GBP18 per share (GBP1.7bn) offer.
