Pemex Looks To First IOC Partnerships As Production Decline Continues

Mexico's state-run Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) is set to bring foreign oil companies in to develop upstream projects for the first time since the oil industry was nationalised in 1938 as it struggles to turn around declining production, according to an August 23 Bloomberg report.
