Dana Looks To Last-Ditch Effort To Extract Higher KNOC Bid

British independent Dana Petroleum is hoping to use its interim financial and operational update on Friday August 27 as a last-ditch effort to convince state-owned Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) to increase its GBP18 per share takeover bid, according to an August 22 report in British newspaper the Financial Times (FT).
