Shell Starts Drilling At Highly Prospective Block

Anglo-Dutch major Royal Dutch Shell has begun drilling at one of its most prospective blocks offshore Brazil, located near the multi-billion barrel Tupi discovery, according to an August 23 statement from Brazilian upstream regulator Agência Nacional do Petróleo.
