Improving Relations: Kuwait And Iraq Reach Deal On Development Of Border Oil Fields

Kuwait's oil minister Sheikh Ahmad al-Abdullah al-Sabah told journalists on August 25 2010 that a joint committee representing Iraq and Kuwait has agreed 'in principle' on how to share the two countries' border oil fields.
