Ecopetrol Finds Strong Interest In Pipeline Development

Colombia's state-run oil company Ecopetrol will build and operate the US$4.2bn Oleoducto Bicentenario oil pipeline with Canadian independents Pacific Rubiales Energy and Petrominerales along with three other partners, the company announced on November 11.
